Our shipping is not revenue producing. The amount we charge you is the same as we are being charged by the carriers. In most cases, we send your items through UPS / USPS. Occasionally, the shipping charge you are quoted online may be incorrect because the system was unable to correctly calculate your order (these programs aren’t 100%). If the actual shipping charges are less than quoted, we will automatically make an adjustment. If the actual shipping charges are more than quoted, we will contact you via email with the quote and ask you to approve the shipping cost BEFORE we ship the item(s). When available, we will always send tracking information. Most shipments are mailed out within three business days. If we are unable to ship your order in that time frame, we will contact you and give you an estimated shipping date. Please note that orders with multiple items may be shipped separately as we do incorporate drop shipping on some items.  


We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

If you received a defective item:

It’s a rare occurrence that a defective item will make its way through to you.  However, it may happen. In this case, please email us within 3 days of delivery of the item(s), with photos to show the defect. Defective items will be replaced or refunded. Depending on the item, we may request you return the defective item to us (at our expense). If the defect is something that can be made right with replacement parts, we will order the parts (if available) and send them to you.  We will be unable to assist you with any claim made after the initial 3-day period.

If you receive an item that is damaged:

If the item was damaged in the shipping process, you may need to file a claim with the carrier. However, you must alert us by phone or email within 3 days of delivery of the item(s).  If the damage to the item is a defect from the manufacturer, please see above. Damaged items will require photo evidence to file the claim.  Photos of both the packaging and product will be needed.  Please note, we will be unable to assist you with any claim made after the initial 3-day period.  Always examine your order upon arrival.

What if I decide I don't want the item:

We offer a 7-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy.  If for some reason you decide you don’t want the item, simply return the item to us, unopened, in its original packaging for a full refund excluding shipping costs.  If you would like to return an item that the packaging has been opened, please email us first and let us know what the issue is so we can determine the best way to move forward.  In either case, please include your order number and your information.  You'll need a return authorization number, so please email or call for that prior to returning your item.
